As per Clients inputs, Layout and sketches are created for individual room including inputs on Budget.
Concept Design & Material Selection
General Materials area shortlisted & selected with client & a look and Feel presentation and basic design is developed for approval.
Developed Design & Finalisation of Project Cost
On approval look and feel proposal & selected materials, 2D & 3D presentations are developed with Virtual Reality walkthroughs for individual room along with Material Charts and Mood-Boards along with Projected Budget Cost & scheduled timelines.
Technical Design & Site Mobilisation
All designs are converted to working drawings and site works are mobilised. Long lead items work-orders are processed.
Procurement & Execution Phase
Procurement of all material, etc., Supervision and managing vendors & contractors, Tracking Quality Plan, Tracking Payment plan, Commissioning & Completion report, Final fit-out installation.
Post Construction Phase
Handover Documentation, As Built Drawings, Contract Closure, Maintenance documentation.
